Dana M. Whitfield
Dana M. Whitfield is an associate in the personal injury department of the firm. Ms. Whitfield has gained exceptional trial experience representing large insurance companies and various New York City agencies. Presently with the firm, Ms. Whitfield's practice area is concentrated in negligence issues involving automobile, premises and slip and fall accidents. She has successfully advocated for hundreds of clients and has obtained awards and trial verdicts in cases ranging from simple to life altering injuries.

Recent Cases and Settlements of Note
Ms. Whitfield was successful in an appeal of the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, 2nd Department. In re:
New York Central Mutual Fire Ins. Co. v. Alfred L. Dukes. In this proceeding pursuant to CPLR Article 75 to stay the arbitration of an uninsured motorist claim, the Court upheld an Order directing that petitioner was obligated to defend and indemnify its insured.
Speaking Engagements
Ms. Whitfield is a public speaker and advocate for End Distracted Driving – a program that warns against the perils of distracted driving to High School students all over the country.
