Ethan has been involved in trying many cases to verdict that have resulted in several multi-million dollar awards. The jury also found that John Crane, Inc, a manufacturer of asbestos containing gaskets and packing, was 70% liable for its dangerous products and also found that it acted with malice, fraud or oppression when awarding punitive damages.
